Our outer world is a reflection of what lies within our collective inner worlds. By directing our thought in specific, positive ways, we have the potential to guide the world towards becoming a more loving place.
World Meditation Hour began in 1978 when people from all over the world (whether regular meditators or not) were invited to collectively meditate for one hour for world peace on the 3rd Sunday of every month. Over the years this practice has become very popular. It has now spread to over 100 countries around the world and about 9000 Raja Yoga Centres and over a million people participate in this special meditation for world peace.
Whether or not you know how to meditate, you are invited to join us on the 3rd Sunday of every month at 6:30pm for the opportunity to spend 60 minutes of your time radiating peace, love, care and compassion to our fragile world.
