Spirituality and Men is a self-development forum for men aiming to explore the spirit of man through informative dialogue, honest interaction and the silence of meditation. Since 1999, over 900 men have attended one or more SAM events.

At Global Co-operation House, London, the group meets on the first Sunday of every month. Each meeting includes a talk given by an experienced meditator, followed by refreshments and a workshop.

SAM also organises an annual retreat for men at the Global Retreat Centre, Oxfordshire, and occasional national events.

Living Outside the Box

This month SAM is looking at ways of living which encourage inclusivity and sharing rather than the box culture which has come to be the norm but the downside of this can be loneliness and a feeling of isolation. A number of factors play a part in this-typically overcrowding, lack of trust and lack of confidence.
All men are very welcome to experience a talk and workshop where we will identify some problems and solutions.
