Welcome to Brahma Kumaris in North Wales
The Brahma Kumaris Centre in North Wales nestles on the side of Hope Mountain in a converted granary, near the village of Pontybodkyn in Flintshire. The seminar room is equipped with easy chairs and has beautiful views over the valley - an ideal environment to relax and enjoy learning the technique of meditation.
We run regular one day and half day retreats, Meditation Made Easy, which has been carefully designed to provide an enjoyable introduction to Raja Yoga meditation. The aim is to help you to experience inner peace and learn a simple method of guiding the mind in a positive direction.
Other regular events include evening courses in Raja Yoga Meditation, Open Space days 8am-8pm on most Saturdays and monthly seminars by guest speakers.
