Thoughts are like seeds. Loving and happy thoughts produce beautiful and nourishing fruit; or thoughts can be negative producing painful brambles or stinging nettles. We can learn to master the mind and live by those actions which give the most happiness and contentment.
The Positive Thinking course runs over 4 weeks and aims to give an understanding of the nature of thought and tools to manage the challenges that come up in daily life .
Topics covered include–
- Understanding the energy of thought
- Getting to know the mind
- Taking control of life’s experiences
- Developing self esteem
- Creating one’s own reality
- Making daily living a positive experience

Raja Yoga is an ancient system of meditation and spritual understanding. It enables us to return to a state of inner peace, personal power and self-worth through re-awakening our original positive qualities.
It provides many answers to age-old questions relating to our identity and purpose and opens up a pathway to true peace of mind and a natural state of happiness.
This is an 8 week course and includes:
- The method and experience of Raja Yoga Meditation
- Understanding the nature of the self and God
- The philosophy of karma and the cycle of time
- Making meditation and spirituality a practical part of your daily life

Self Esteem Workshop

Just as a seed has the potential of a mighty tree, in the same way we too have all the resources within to achieve a happy and successful life. For this, it is important to have a grounding in spiritual values and principles.
Lack of self esteem is a lack of understanding of the self and a connection to inner wisdom. In this workshop, we look at simple techniques to develop self respect to bring out the best in ourselves.
We will look at:
- Understanding the causes of poor self-esteem
- Personal areas of strength and potential
- Learning methods to deal practically with negative emotions and feelings
- Empowerment and making the right choices to maintain inner balance
- Expressing the self clearly and confidently

She emphasizes on the importance of personal and spiritual growth of the individual for social and economic development and also for organisational effectiveness.

Weekend Raja Yoga Meditation course

More and more people are adding some kind of meditation to their daily routine either as an effective means of managing stress, a way to relax or to improve health in general. For some it is also a deep spiritual interest
to know who they are.
Raja Yoga is the process of rediscovering, using and enjoying the positive qualities already latent within. This ourse covers awareness of the self, the Supreme Being and the laws of action and reaction.
The Raja Yoga meditation course is run on two consecutive weekend Saturdays or Sundays
Time : 2.30 - 5.00pm including a 1/2 hr Tea break break
