Meditation for busy people

just-a-minute is a Brahma Kumaris initiative to encourage people to take short breaks throughout their day to re-energise.  Each workshop explores creative ideas of what you can do during your minute 'out'.  This session provides basic practical  meditation tools and is useful for anyone wanting to de-stress and relax.

Awakening the Dreamer Workshop

What vision are we holding for the future?  And will it work for everyone?

The Awakening the Dreamer workshop is a profound inquiry into a bold vision to bring about:

  • an environmentally sustainable
  • spiritually fulfilling and
  • socially just human presence on Earth

Using a combination of thought-provoking interactive exercises, video clips and meditation, this workshop will help you to:

  • gain fresh insights about our world
  • meet like-minded people
  • find hope and inspiration to create a new future

This workshop is the outcome of a co-operative venture between the Pachamama Alliance and the Brahma Kumaris and will be facilitated by Linda Lee, co-ordinator of the BK centre in Brighton.  To find out more about the Pachamama Alliance and their work, please visit: www.pachamama.org.

Booking is essential.  A vegetarian lunch will be provided.  Further instructions and directions to the venue will be sent out a few days before the event.
