At one time or another, all of us
face the questions: Who am I?
What is my purpose in life?
face the questions: Who am I?
What is my purpose in life?
The Foundation Course in Raja Yoga, Positive Thinking,
and Stress-Free Living help answer these questions.
Through these courses and workshops, individuals
deepen their self-understanding, explore and experiment
with a mature and whole relationship with God, and
develop a strong spiritual context within which to
live a practical and fulfilling life.
“Being a teacher of Raja Yoga Meditation and a
practicing engineer can be interpreted as an improbable
pair. However, spiritual principles transcend everything
including professions. At work, there is potential for
a lot of anxiety, but I can choose not to work with
worry and refuse to take on the stress of others.
My focus and concentration are improved as a result
of my spiritual practice, and I have come to respect
the importance of good relationships.”

THE FOUNDATION COURSE
Often referred to as Raja Yoga Meditation, this
course describes the anatomy of the soul, explores
the connection and relationship with God, explains
the spiritual laws of action and reaction, and expands
the understanding of time itself.
The practice of meditation is grounded in a core knowledge that connects the inner world of thoughts, feelings, and ideas to the outer world of actions and relationships. The result of this practice builds mental and emotional capacity.
POSITIVE THINKING
The energy of the human mind is thought, the greatest
but least understood energy. During this workshop,
individuals journey into the mind to identify thought
patterns and their consequences over time. Models
and methods are discussed which provide direction on
how the mind can work in a more productive and
beneficial way.
STRESS-FREE LIVING
It is not easy to see and hear what our stress is telling
us. Stress is simply a messenger guiding us back to a
state of balance and health. This workshop offers
insights, practical solutions, and personal strategies,
using meditation, visualization, positive thinking, and
detached observation as the four key skills to managing
and preventing stress.
